Description
Phthalo Blue was invented in England in 1935, and quickly became very popular. It is sometimes called Marine Blue, Royal Blue or Thalo Blue, and it replaces the less reliable Prussian Blue. It has very strong tinting strength, is completely permanent, and moderate to slow drying. This Phthalo Blue is the green-shade type. CI:Pb153
