Contains no naptha, turpentine, OMS or mineral spirits.
USDA BioPreferred Certified.
A small amount improves paint flow and dispersion.
Fully compatible with linseed, walnut & safflower oils.
Cleans paint from palette and other painting accessories.
Use in palette cup to rinse brushes between colors.
Non-flammable – flash point >217 F.
Biodegradable – soy oil base.
Viscosity of water (10 cps) – density 7.99 lb/gal.
Ships IATA as non-hazardous.
Not listed for DOT, IMDG, or Dangerous Goods (Canada).
No surfactants – not soluble in water.
Medium evaporation rate, very low odor, low VOC.
If fast evaporation is needed, consider Oil of Spike Lavender.

This product does not contain any ingredient designated by IARC, NTP, ACGIH, OSHA or California Proposition 65 as a probable or suspected carcinogen.
No phthalates or other endocrine disrupters, or reproductive toxins.

Skin irritation: human – a 24 hour human skin patch test indicated that undiluted solvent produced very mild irritation, less than that produced by a 4% aqueous soap solution. May cause eye irritation.
ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION
Environmental Protection Agency (CERCLA 303, 304, 313) – no environmental effects known or suspected. Design for Environment Recognized.
The 96 hour LC50 for Bluegills was greater than 1000 mg/L.
Did not show any microbial inhibition up to 10,000 mg/L.
