Traditional Chinese Silver Black Ink

$8.95

Commonly used on rice paper as well as sized papers, this traditional Yasutomi black ink is infused with silver metallic powder in a 180 ml easy pour bottle.  It is  suitable for painting, drawing and calligraphy. When the metallic infused ink is used full strength on rice paper, the black outlines the silver. When diluted or used on other papers, the effect is more subtle yet still excellent.  The bottle has a dual cap which allows the ink to be poured from the top or the side for added control.  It is important to shake the bottle to mix the silver powder up.  Commonly used for Sumi watercolor paintings.
