Description
Like so many naturally mined pigments, Nicosia Green is named after the location which it is sourced from. Nicosia is the capitol of Cyprus, and has been in continuous habitation since the beginning of the Bronze Age 2500 years BC (the pigment is sometimes called Cyprus Green). The mean particle size of Nicosia Green pigment is 15.3314 µm, and some particles are upwards of 50 microns. Made with Walnut Oil, and no fillers or driers. Highly stable and lightfast. This is a great green for use with other Ancient Colours!
